Case Submission
Submission Deadline – 20th Jan 2026
Read the Instructions carefully before submitting
- Last date for case submission is January 20th, 2025.
- All cases must be submitted online.
- Each presentation should be accompanied by a note on history, highlights, and take-home messages.
- Send the case in .pptx format (PowerPoint 2016 and 2019 save as .pptx by default).
- Videos should be in MPEG4 (mp4) format.
- Please embed the video. (In .pptx format, videos are automatically embedded.)
- Please loop the videos for smooth playback.
- Please limit the number of slides to 10.
- The file size should be less than 500 MB.
- There is no restriction on the number of cases which can be sent by a person or an institution.
- The scientific committee will review the cases and the cases selected for presentation will be intimated to the presenter.
- If selected, the final presentation will have to be uploaded prior to the conference. Instructions for the same will be intimated separately to the presenter.
